Do I have to pay anything?
No. Opening the shop is free, there is no monthly fee and you never buy stock. Zawda takes its fee only from a sale (10 % + 0,50 €), before your margin goes to your wallet.
Do I need a company?
You can open your shop as a private person. If you sell regularly, the law asks you to declare it: in France a micro-entreprise is enough and is free to create online.
Who sends the parcels and answers customers?
The supplier ships, Zawda takes the payment, gives the tracking and answers customers. You share and sell.
When do I get my money?
Each sale goes to your wallet. 14 days after delivery, when it can no longer be returned, you can ask for a transfer to your bank from 20 €.
Where can my customers be?
Each product shows the countries it is delivered to and the delivery dates. Most products are delivered in France and Europe.
Can I also sell my own products?
Yes. The same shop can sell your own products next to the ones you pick, with a till for sales in person.
